Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure each initiative is properly targeted to prospects or customers at appropriate lifecycle stages, from initial engagement through retention.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM Management: Administer and optimize the company’s marketing automation tools – specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud – to build and manage automated email programs and customer journeys. Set up segmentation, triggers, and workflows for lead nurturing and lifecycle campaigns. Maintain and improve the Salesforce CRM database by ensuring data integrity, proper segmentation of contacts, and effective syncing of information between marketing and sales. Monitor lead scoring and distribution to make sure marketing-qualified leads are captured, tracked, and handed off to the sales team in a timely manner, along with relevant insights.

Coordinate the development of ad content and manage bid strategies. Ensure that online ads and sponsored content are targeted effectively to the desired audiences. Monitor ad performance and conversion data, adjusting keywords, targeting, creative, and spend to maximize ROI while maintaining consistency with brand standards.
  • Analytics and Insights Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to track and evaluate digital campaign performance and user behavior across our digital channels. Monitor key metrics such as email open/click rates, website traffic, landing page conversion rates, and advertising ROI. Analyze trends and prepare regular reports or dashboards to communicate results and insights to stakeholders. Use data-driven findings to recommend and implement optimizations for ongoing campaigns, website improvements, and overall digital strategy.

  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM, web technologies, and analytics. Proactively research new tools, features, or techniques (for example, updates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, new social media advertising formats, or improvements in SEO/SEM strategies) that could enhance our marketing efforts. Recommend and implement approved enhancements to our digital marketing approach, embracing innovative strategies to improve customer engagement, lead generation, and overall marketing efficiency.
  • Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Perform special projects as assigned and assist with other marketing initiatives as necessary to support the team and organization.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing communications, with hands-on responsibility for marketing automation, website management, and campaign execution (B2B experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is a plus).
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot). Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, etc.) and Salesforce Einstein Analytics (or similar marketing analytics tools) is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing and updating corporate websites and building landing pages using a content management system (CMS) or HTML/CSS. Basic understanding of SEO principles and web design/user experience best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (for example, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor performance and derive insights.
  • Basic graphic design skills and a good eye for visual presentation. Experience with design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) or other multimedia tools to produce and adjust marketing visuals is beneficial.
