Job Description:
The Sales Operations Analyst supports execution and effectiveness of the Field Sales organization by providing reporting, data analysis, and operational support under the direction of the Sales Analytics team. This role manages sales systems and tools, generates routine and ad hoc reports, ensures data accuracy, and assists with sales planning and incentive tracking processes. This position collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of sales initiatives, improve operational processes, and enhance overall sales productivity.
The base compensation range for this role is $70-90K. Base Compensation is influenced by many factors including, but not limited to: time in the role, previous experience, skills, knowledge, performance, work requirements, internal equity, and business / economic conditions.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with data cleansing, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Manage all activities related to supporting CRM administration. Ensure CRM is deployed in effective and efficient manner.
- Assist with fleet management administration, including vehicle records, compliance documentation, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Develop key cross-functional relationships with US Commercial leadership team (Sales, Marketing, and Market Access), I.T., HR, Legal and Compliance.
- Lead onboarding new sales hires for Sales Operations tools, and processes.
- Help document and improve sales processes and workflows.
- Support sales compensation tracking, incentive reporting and territory management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role (internships count).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Preferred Familiarity with BI or reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
Travel Requirements: 10%
