We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic product team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet the requirements of our healthcare business, particularly in the health insurance sector in the US.

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic product team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet the requirements of our healthcare business, particularly in the health insurance sector in the US.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and user needs to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Work closely with engineers to define acceptance criteria, conduct testing, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure software meets quality standards.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to enhance the user experience and overall product quality.
- Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges, resolve issues, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, particularly in the healthcare domain and HIPAA compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Specialist in the healthcare domain, preferably in health insurance in the US.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Experience working with Ruby on Rails or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with integrating various applications, including home-grown, cloud-based, and third-party solutions.
- Exposure to HIPAA compliance requirements and healthcare regulations.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- Prior experience working with companies in similar domains in the US is desirable.
