As a FP&A leader, you will be tasked with driving Deep Sentinel’s strategic decisions to support growth and efficiency targets. Reporting to the CFO, your goal will be to improve operations and help to run annual planning cycles using financial data as well as what you learn from the day-to-day operation of the business while working closely with the executive team and partnering with department leaders.

What You’ll Do:

• Running annual budget and planning process

• Develop KPIs and drill into business key drivers

• Headcount planning, reporting and analytics, partnering closely with the People team

• Business partnership to senior department heads, including budgeting and forecasting

• Quarterly Board materials and executive presentations to communicate business results and forecasts

• Strategic projects, which may include location strategy, new market strategy, and more

• Expense, P&L and cash flow forecasting and analytics

• Partner with the Accounting team for monthly / quarterly flux analysis

• Own the build out of planning tools

• Work on other ad hoc projects and analytics

• Occasional travel may be required

Who You Are:

• 10+ years of professional experience; Including time in FP&A and may include a background in investment banking, equity research, consulting, or other relevant field

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics

• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with proven experience in building financial models and managing complex data

• You are a clear, concise communicator that works well with others

• You bring global subsidiary consolidation and planning experience

• You are trustworthy, inquisitive, a clear communicator, a self-starter, and thrive on getting things past the finish line.

Bonus Points:

• MBA or CFA is a plus but not required;

• Solid understanding of subscription based revenue lines at volume is a plus, but not required

• Experience scaling in a start-up environment
