Enveda is looking for an Assistant Manager, Supply Chain to join our team in Hyderabad, India.
The contribution you will make: This role coordinates between Purchase and Finance teams in day-to-day operations. He/she will ensure all the processes are being followed diligently and owns the responsibility of smooth procure to pay cycle along with Store Management.
As an important member of the India Procurement Team, you will work closely with our Manager - Supply chain .

You get to collaborate on:

  • Sourcing vendors in line with the indents received.
  • Enquiring items after thoroughly understanding the requirements of existing vendors and new vendors.
  • Preparing comparative statements for the quotations received.
  • Preparation of Purchase orders through ERP and issuing the PO to the vendor.
  • Following up with vendors for the delivery of items as per the due dates.
  • Responsible for Inventory Management and P2P Cycle
  • Receiving items and processing GRN in ERP
  • To gain Knowledge of Chemicals/Reagents, Consumables, Glassware, Plasticware
  • Coordinate continuously with Finance Team and Scientific team and approach each problem with a solution mindset

Who will thrive in this role?

  • Graduate/Post Graduate with 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain
  • Strong knowledge in using Excel for data analysis
  • Go-getter attitude with a focus on getting things done
  • Experience in the Biotechnology/ Pharma Industry is an added advantage
  • Work well within a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented start-up environment
  • Ability to adapt and adjust in changing environment
