Everlywell is a digital health company pioneering the next generation of biomarker intelligence—combining AI-powered technology with human insight to deliver personalized, actionable health answers. We transform complex biomarker data into life-changing insights—seamlessly integrating advanced diagnostics, virtual care, and patient engagement to reshape how and where health happens.
Over the past decade, Everlywell has delivered close to 1 billion personalized health insights, transforming care for 60 million people and powering hundreds of enterprise partners. In 2024 alone, an estimated 1 in 86 U.S. households received an Everlywell test, solidifying our spot as the #1 at-home testing brand in the country. And we’re just getting started. Fueled by AI and built for scale, we’re breaking down barriers, closing care gaps, and unlocking a more connected healthcare experience that is smarter, faster, and more personalized.
We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Designer with versatile skills in discovery, interaction, and visual design. You’ll take features from rough ideas to polished, shippable experience—partnering tightly with product, engineering, research, and brand along the way.
As designers we often talk about making an impact, this role certainly will. You won’t be a cog in a wheel, you have the opportunity to not only shape experiences but work on a range of design challenges - interaction design to service design.
We’ve just rolled out a refreshed design system and bold new brand—now we’re gearing up for the next wave of ambitious projects, and that’s only the beginning.
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end product design for web and mobile features—from sketches and user flows to hi-fi UI and interactive prototypes.
- Translate business and user needs into elegant, usable solutions; present trade-offs and rationale to stakeholders.
- Contribute to—and evolve—our Figma-based design system, adding new components and documentation as we scale.
- Partner with PMs and cross functional partners to plan studies, run usability tests, and iterate based on insights.
- Facilitate workshops and crits that unlock ideas fast and foster a collaborative, feedback-rich culture.
Experience & Craft:
- 4 years+ designing production-ready web + mobile products
- Portfolio that shows strong interaction thinking, clean visual execution, and measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency with Figma (auto-layout, variants, prototyping, creating components) and familiarity with Adobe CC or similar tools.
- An understanding of the ever changing design landscape and fully equipped to adopt AI within their design pipeline, harmonizing established methods with innovative AI solutions.
- Comfortable running basic research, mapping IA, and iterating with data.
- Proficiency in Presentation design using Figma, Google slides etc
Personal Qualities:
- You value outputs, but not as much as outcomes. You know the best way to tackle complex problems is by remaining adaptable. You understand and respect the differences between the various research, content, design or development methodologies (such as JTBD or Agile), while not following any practice dogmatically.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can juggle multiple streams of work.
- Growth mindset, low-ego, and a sense of humor.
- Collaborative partner who elevates peers, gives/receives feedback well, and involves cross-functional teammates early and often.
- Curiosity about customers and a passion to sweat the details where trust and reliability matter.
Bonus Points For:
- Exposure to AI-powered design tools for asset creation or design-to-code workflows.
- Experience contributing to design systems.
- Video and Motion-design skills.
- Background in fast-growing SaaS or consumer tech.
- Have a background in healthcare or health tech.
- Have worked at a startup during a period of rapid growth.
- You use a data-informed approach to compliment Design thinking.
Why You'll Love Working Here:
- Design at the core. Designers are leaders, not ticket-takers.
- Impact that matters. Your work will directly improve real people’s health journeys.
- Room to grow. You’ll help shape our products, processes, and culture from the ground up.
- Join a small-but-mighty product design team where you’ll have outsized ownership, collaborate directly with decision-makers, and see your ideas ship fast—and make a visible impact on millions of users.
