The Role

We are seeking a tech-savvy and experienced accounting professional to join our Finance team, within a public company with an international reach. This role will report directly to an Accounting Manager or equivalent and will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting and reporting of financial results.

Specific responsibilities will include:

Perform accounting activities in compliance with US GAAP
Provide support for inventory, cost, and revenue analysis
Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
Support AI and Automation initiatives
Support accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, including analysis and supporting schedules
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Administrative, Sales, Operations) as needed
Support continuous improvement of accounting processes, controls, and documentation
Support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit documentation

Qualifications & competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting standards (US GAAP)
Demonstrated ability to apply accounting knowledge to real business operations and programs
Prefer experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience in technology, semiconductor, or similar industries is preferred
Exposure to system implementations or process transformation initiatives
