The Role

Reporting to the VP FAB Operations & Quality and based in our Chandler, Arizona location. Working with our Fab operations team, s/he will work on Process Integration for innovative memory products.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Back End of the line (BEOL) process integration activities to optimize MRAM product yields..
  • Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem solving tools.
  • Drive improvements in quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability/capability, productivity, and safety.
  • Technology transfer and matching to Foundry partners.
  • Initial long term residence or assignments at Foundry location (Oregon) is required.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • B.S. Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in semiconductor BEOL process integration role
  • Strong understanding of process modules such as Photo, Etch, Thin Films, CMP
  • Strong experience working with Fab process and yield engineering to identify yield limiting process weaknesses and drive projects to implement permanent fixes.
  • Strong experience working with foundry partners developing and transferring process technologies from R&D to HVM.
  • Working experience with Statistical process control SPC) and equipment Fault detection classification (FDC) , Design of Experiments (DOE) principles and software (JMP).
  • Exhibit good and open communication skills; be able to work within cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, with strong leadership skills.
