Greenhouse is looking for a Manager, Strategic Consulting to join our team!

As the Manager of Strategic Consulting, you will lead and grow our Strategic Consulting team and help influence strategic workflows and process improvements. Our strategic consultants are a critical force behind Greenhouse’s success as a business, and we need a leader to continue to develop an inspiring culture for this team. What you’ll do

  • Manage a collaborative, customer-facing team, leading hiring, and identifying paths towards success
  • Guide your team’s strategy and identify areas for improvement, enhancing efficiency and balance in workload
  • Partner with other internal leaders to ensure a cohesive customer experience
  • Partner with Professional Service Leadership to launch new services to help expand our markets
  • Assist with documenting team processes and standard methodologies
  • Expertly resolve advanced customer issues, seizing such opportunities to help team members learn and grow


You should have

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably working with SaaS system implementations
  • Experience in the Talent Acquisition industry or a strong understanding of HR technology
  • Outstanding customer service skills – the ability to be empathetic, responsive, and solutions-focused
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing a customer-facing team
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse Recruiting tool or other ATS, a plus

The national pay range for this role is $114,200 - $152,267. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.

The anticipated closing date for this role is March 12th, 2025.
