H1 is building the "LinkedIn of medicine" - a two-sided provider network where healthcare professionals and research sites claim their profiles, share their expertise, and connect with sponsors, life science companies, and patients. We've shipped the first chapter: Site Network (trials.h1.co), which lets research sites find themselves on H1 and submit their capabilities, and public doctor profiles (profiles.h1.co), which lets HCPs take ownership of their H1 presence.
Now we're writing the next chapter: giving every provider a concrete, workflow-level reason to claim and maintain their profile - including credentialing and provider-onboarding services built with industry partners - and turning a claimed profile from a page on the internet into infrastructure providers depend on. We need a Senior PM to own the activation, growth, and product evolution of this network.
- Build provider-facing credentialing workflows - Design and launch credentialing and provider-onboarding services, working with independent practice association (IPA) partners and health plan delegation models, that make claiming and maintaining an H1 profile the obvious choice for a busy provider.
- Operate in a regulated environment - Partner with legal and compliance to build workflows that are audit-ready and meet health plan and regulatory requirements from day one.
- Crack the research site value proposition - Define what makes a research site claim and actively maintain its profile - from being found by sponsors to trial matching and beyond - and turn that into shipped product.
- Close the feedback loop between providers and product - Synthesize friction points, workflow nuances, and adoption blockers from provider interactions into actionable product requirements that materially improve sign-up velocity and conversion.
- Manage the product roadmap - Partner with design and engineering to define and ship the roadmap for Claim a Profile, Site Network, and our emerging provider services, prioritizing features that grow both sides of the marketplace.
- Serve as the internal voice of the ecosystem - Shape roadmap priorities, influence GTM strategy, and ensure the platform evolves in alignment with real-world clinician and site coordinator workflows.
- Partner cross-functionally - Unlock growth levers via HCP landing page optimization and data completeness initiatives in close partnership with Marketing, Legal, CS, and Commercial.
- Drive long-term value creation - Identify new revenue models and expansion paths as the provider network scales, including business models for provider-facing services, partnering with product and business leadership to build monetization into the platform's foundation.
- Track, report, and iterate on activation metrics - Synthesize insights from provider calls, UX feedback, and platform data into clear metrics and prioritization decisions that demonstrate network health and inform leadership.
- You've built zero-to-one products that pair software with a real service or operational component - you're as comfortable designing a workflow and its unit-level metrics as you are writing a PRD.
- You're comfortable in ambiguity - you build structure where none exists and move fast without a fully defined playbook.
- You're fluent in, or eager to go deep on, the operational realities of healthcare - credentialing, enrollment, payer-provider data flows - and you're energized by regulated, compliance-heavy problem spaces.
- You lead with empathy for the end user (HCPs, site coordinators, clinical staff) and hold high standards for product quality and execution rigor.
- You're equally energized by hands-on activation work and longer-horizon product strategy, and you don't wait to be told which one needs attention.
- You communicate with clarity and conviction - with engineers, with commercial teams, and with executives.
- Demonstrated experience owning a product with marketplace or network dynamics
- Experience building zero-to-one products that pair software with a service or operational component
- Track record of translating user research and operational feedback into shipped, measurable product
- Strong cross-functional influence - able to align engineering, design, legal, marketing, and commercial teams around shared outcomes
- Familiarity with healthcare data (HCP records, NPI, clinical trial infrastructure) is a strong plus
- Familiarity with provider credentialing, enrollment, or payer-provider workflows (delegation models, IPA structures, NCQA/CMS requirements) is a strong plus
- Experience with go-to-market strategy for early-stage or net-new products preferred
- Clinical trial ecosystem experience is a plus
