As the Manager of Implementation, you will oversee a team of implementation leads that are responsible for customer implementation, home plan optimization and initial training phases of builder clients, using Higharc. This role requires in-depth knowledge of implementation planning, capacity forecasting, homebuilding processes and/or construction management, and digital tools like CAD/BIM (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup) to ensure clients experience a smooth transition to Higharc’s platform. You’ll manage a team responsible for guiding clients through discovery, optimization, plan implementation, and provide ongoing support with a focus on speed and quality, minimizing the Time-To-Value.

About the Job

  • Strategic management and planning: Responsible for implementation project planning, initial sizing and scoping, resource assignment, capacity modeling and performance evaluations for a team of implementors. A forward thinking mindset is important as we scale the team.
  • Client Implementation and Setup: Manage the initial implementation process, including requirements gathering, plan optimization, customer education, and initial configuration of client accounts to align with builder specifications. Focus on value added implementation is important.
  • Project Management: Own our implementation projects, ensuring deadlines, resources, project scope, and client expectations are met. High attention to detail and process are key. You’re the escalation point to get ahead of any issues and drive resolution to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Management liaison: Serve as the trusted manager for all clients being implemented on your team and the escalation point. You’ll have a close relationship and pulse with the client management team and operators to ensure satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Establish processes for effective quality checks that ensure correct setup, and functionality of platform features.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Sales teams to align on client needs, report platform bugs and feature requests.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report to leadership on key implementation metrics: chiefly time-to-value, but also customer satisfaction, referencability, and adoption.

About You

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience: 5+ years in implementation or project management. Experience with homebuilding platforms or construction management software is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CAD/BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD), with experience in construction and homebuilding processes.
  • Management: Has successfully led a team of implementers and/or architects. Demonstrated success in managing people and complex client-facing software implementations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong client-facing skills, with a proven ability to build trust and deliver a positive implementation experience.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Skilled in identifying architectural and operational challenges and implementing effective solutions.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites as needed.
