About the Opportunity

As a Product Manager, you will drive the strategic direction of the Hiro platform and other products, collaborating with our top-tier engineers and designers. This role offers the chance to influence product development within the cutting-edge Stacks ecosystem and interface with senior leadership. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Hiro platform, ensuring alignment with our overall vision.
  • Work with teams on product strategy and roadmaps for other Hiro products, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with engineering, product marketing, and design counterparts to develop and execute roadmaps effectively.
  • Establish relevant product KPIs and implement processes to leverage metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Interface with senior leadership at Hiro ensuring alignment and communication.
  • Be an effective and engaging story teller — from PRDs and specs for engineering to collaborating with marketing and comms on product announcements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in building and shipping products, particularly in SaaS platforms or developer-facing products.
  • Highly technical, hands-on product manager with expertise in engineering. Comfortable with command line, technical documentation, developer tools, including client libraries, APIs, and CLIs.
  • Fluency with analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Optimizely.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience leading early-stage products, developing product strategy, and collaborating with technical teams.
  • Experience managing initiatives with high levels of ambiguity and uncertainty, from discovery to adoption.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development processes and project management tools.

  • Highly collaborative individuals who engage well with engineers, designers, product marketing, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of product aesthetics, attention to detail, and a high standard for quality excellence.

  • Salary Range (regardless of location, benchmarked annually) $160,000 - $180,000.
