As a Teamcenter Admin at Impulse, you will manage and support our Siemens NX and Teamcenter environments. This role will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems to support engineering, manufacturing, and business operations.

Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Siemens NX and Teamcenter environments, including system configurations, user management, and security settings
- Perform Teamcenter installations, upgrades, and patching while ensuring system stability and performance
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, resolving issues related to CAD and PLM workflows
- Develop and maintain system integrations with other enterprise applications such as ERP, MES, and PDM
- Implement and enforce PLM best practices for data management, version control, and workflow automation
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams to optimize NX CAD and Teamcenter performance
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry regulations (such as NIST 800-171, CMMC for aerospace/defense industries)Manage Teamcenter BOM (Bill of Materials) and Change Management processes to align with engineering needs
- Provide training and documentation to users on Teamcenter functionalities and best practices
- Monitor system performance, backups, and disaster recovery procedures for NX and Teamcenter
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field5+ years of experience administering Siemens Teamcenter and NX
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience with Teamcenter architecture, database administration (Oracle, SQL Server), and system integrations
- Experience with CAD data management, workflows, and access controls
- Understanding of PLM best practices and engineering processes in an enterprise environment
- Experience in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Teamcenter ITK/Customizations)
- Familiarity with Active Directory (AD), Single Sign-On (SSO), and LDAP for Teamcenter authentication
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in an aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environment adhering to ITAR compliance
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience with NX Open API, Teamcenter BMIDE, and Business Rules customization
- Certification in Siemens Teamcenter or NX administration
- Experience integrating Teamcenter with SAP ERP or other enterprise applications

Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
