As an IT Service Delivery Analyst at Impulse, you will provide frontline technical support for enterprise systems, endpoints, and workplace technologies. This role ensures reliable IT service delivery by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, deploying end-user technology, and supporting day-to-day IT operations across corporate and operational environments.
The analyst works closely with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to resolve incidents and maintain a stable computing environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for endpoint systems, workplace applications, and enterprise services
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoint issues
- Support identity and access management requests
- Diagnose basic network connectivity issues including IP configuration, DNS resolution, and wireless connectivity
- Deploy and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Support user onboarding and offboarding technology provisioning
- Troubleshoot workplace technology including printers and conference room systems
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the IT service management platform
- Maintain hardware inventory and device lifecycle tracking
- Escalate complex issues to infrastructure, networking, or security teams
- Identify opportunities to streamline support workflows and reduce repetitive operational tasks
- Assist with installation and termination of low-voltage cabling for network and workplace technology deployments
- Support deployment of network equipment, access points, and workplace infrastructure
- Coordinate with vendors and facilities teams during technology deployments and workspace buildouts
- Safely operate ladders or lifts when required for infrastructure installation work
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of IT support or enterprise service delivery experience
- Experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments
- Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms
- Demonstrated networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience working with an IT service management platform
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Certifications (Preferred)
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- ITIL Foundation
- Microsoft or equivalent endpoint administration certifications
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work on ladders or lifts during infrastructure installation
- Ability to work in office, lab, and operational environments
- Ability to perform structured cabling installation and termination

Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
