Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Implementation Management to help lead our Implementation Managers and ensure the successful implementation of our largest, most complex implementations. Our Implementation Managers oversee end-to-end project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, they identify and manage project risk, and they host project syncs and steering committee meetings, interfacing directly with executives. As a Manager, Implementation Manager, you’ll support the team with project escalations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and help improve existing processes or develop new ones to make our implementation motion more efficient.
People are our key resource, so strong people management skills, ability to motivate, retain and grow teammates is critical to the success of this role.
This is a customer-centric role and we are looking for an individual who feels strongly not only about leading a diverse team, but also passionate about interfacing with customers on a daily basis.
In this role, you will:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Implementation Managers
Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development
Oversee delivery of our largest Implementation packages, Custom SOW delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success) to align implementation processes with customer needs and company objectives
Advise on staffing decisions, resource management and forecasting
Exercise strong customer leadership by mitigating risks, managing escalations, and ensuring implementation success and customer satisfaction
Work with the Director of Professional Services on annual planning, strategy and risk identification and management
Analyze implementation metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and increase efficiency
Develop scalable systems and processes to support a growing customer base and ensure consistent delivery excellence
Be accountable for key metrics such as billable utilization, revenue delivered, gross margin, and implementation health
Skills & Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring teammates
Demonstrated experience in PS delivery role, and success hitting key KPIs like Implementation CSAT, managing project risk, and ensuring a successful implementation motion
Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to coach, grow, and motivate team members
6 to 8 years of experience working with a SaaS/Technology vendor
Experience with Ironclad platform or CLM solutions preferred
Communication skills, ability to establish a vision for the team, and provide and receive feedback
Ability and willingness to travel at estimate of 10%

Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
