We are looking for a Technical support Eng. to take ownership of supporting our cutting-edge defense systems deployed in the field. This role requires a highly technical and hands-on individual who will work closely with customers, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and providing expert guidance. As the focal point for system support, documentation, and cross-project knowledge management, you will play a key role in keeping our defense technology fully operational in demanding environments.

Key responsibilities:

Customer-facing technical support: provide hands-on support to customers in the field, addressing real-time challenges and ensuring system uptime.
System setup & maintenance: serve as the main technical support contact for installing, configuring, and maintaining systems on customer sites.
Technical documentation: guides, manuals, and troubleshooting procedures, ensuring that system configurations, software versions, and hardware setups are well-documented across projects.
Cross-team communication: act as a bridge between customers, engineering, and product teams, gathering field feedback and driving continuous improvements.
Inventory planning: Help track system components across multiple projects, ensuring the right resources are available for deployments.

Requirements

Proven experience in technical support for complex systems, ideally involving both hardware and software components.
Hands on experience with system integrations, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
Strong customer-facing skills: comfortable providing direct support to clients in the field and managing real-time operational challenges.
Understanding of IT, networking, and system architecture is a plus.
Experience in defense, aerospace, or other mission-critical industries is an advantage.
Availability for a full-time role in Tel Aviv, with potential travel to customer sites as needed
