We’re now hiring our first VP Finance to architect the financial backbone that will power our next stage of growth. You’ll be the senior leader who pairs strategic thinking with hands-on execution, while building a small but mighty team that can support multi-entity operations across Israel, the US, and key global markets.

• Financial strategy & capital planning – partner with the leadership team on long-range plans, fundraising readiness, scenario modeling, and capital allocation.
• Build the finance stack – select and roll out ERP/BI, automate order-to-cash and procure-to-pay. Manage runway and burn rate.
• End-to-end FP&A cadence – drive rolling forecasts, KPI dashboards, and board packs that enable swift, fact-based decisions.
• Compliance & risk – manage IL & US GAAP, tax (including U.S. corporate tax), transfer pricing, and multi-jurisdiction reporting while safeguarding cash.
• Acquisition & purchasing – own the financial aspects of inventory procurement, vendor negotiations, and cost controls for hardware supply chains in Europe and the U.S.
• Operational excellence – tighten unit economics, boost gross margins, and surface real-time insights for product, GTM, and operations.
• Team building – recruit, mentor, and build a small but strong financial team from scratch.
• Investor & external relations – craft the financial story, support equity/debt raises, and own diligence requests, supporting or leading fundraising (Series B-D), including due diligence, data rooms and investor communications.

• 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience ideally with a mix of early-stage and growth-stage high tech companies, including Series B→D scale-ups and global entities.
• CPA or CFA
• Demonstrated expertise in financial operations and standing up finance infrastructure from a blank slate.
• Proven leadership of distributed, multi-cultural finance teams (IL, EU, U.S.).
• Deep hands-on knowledge of accounting (IL & US GAAP), FP&A, treasury, tax—including American tax frameworks—and supply-chain finance.
• Experience driving inventory purchasing and vendor management across Europe and the U.S.
• Strong command of financial planning, scenario modeling, and business strategy.
• Comfortable owning and evolving all aspects of finance: FP&A, accounting, budgeting, cash flow, audit and compliance.
• Build or oversee the implementation of systems, process and tools to scale finance operations.
• Work closely with product, operations, and go-to-market teams to align financial plans with business goals.
• Trusted strategic partner to the CEO, President and the leadership team.
• Strong familiarity with complex regulatory environments, audits, and SEC reporting standards.
• Able to bring best practices in financial controls, transparency, and governance — highly valuable as we scale.
• Storing experience to lead fundraising including due diligence, data rooms and investor communications. In addition, ability to build strong relationship with investors, VCs and the Board.
