We’re seeking a talented Sales Operations to join our team and support business development, sales, and related activities. This is a dynamic, hands-on position that plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations, efficient coordination, and seamless communication between teams and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, travel, and day-to-day logistics
  • Handle communications, follow-ups, and task tracking to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and business trips preparation.
  • Qualify and follow up on leads and opportunities.
  • Prepare materials and presentations for client and partner meetings.
  • Ensure key documents (NDAs, representation letters, contracts) are managed and up to date.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • High proficiency in Office tools and CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage).
  • Experience or background in the defense industry or IDF – a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and team spirit.
