We are looking for a talented QA Automation Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions across cross-platform services in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for production systems
Develop reliable UI and API automated tests for complex end-to-end workflows
Ensure automation stability and minimize flakiness through proper synchronization and best practices
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to drive quality across releases
Participate in code reviews and continuously improve automation standards

Requirements

3+ years of Automation and QA experience building production-level services in large-scale products
Experience writing automation scripts using Python & Pytest
Experience designing and implementing scalable test plans
Experience testing cross-platform services (Web, Android, iOS)
Experience working with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Experience working with Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems
Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong debugging skills and ability to analyze complex systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
A self-learner with the ability to build system vision and understand product architecture independently
