The CTO office is a multidisciplinary team working across software, AI, electronics, and mechanical design. We build new capabilities and put them in the field.

About the Role



Most of what we do is zero-to-one. Hardware and software, fast. From the lab to the field, you make it happen.

Current programs include autonomous ground and aerial platforms, embodied robotics, mission autonomy, applied ML, cUAS, low-latency networking, and contested spectrum.

You'll work across disciplines on some of the hardest problems the company has, with a short path from idea to prototype to deployment. From the lab to the field, wherever the work needs to happen, you make it happen.

What You'll Do



• Solve problems that don't have established playbooks.
• Take full ownership of projects from concept to working product.
• Lead projects end-to-end and contribute to others across the team and company.
• Work across disciplines as the problem requires
• Juggle multiple projects at different stages simultaneously.
• Represent the team in front of customers, partners, and leadership.
• Be a technical resource for leadership on feasibility, architecture, and implementation.
