Description

We are looking for an independent Bookkeeper to join our Finance team and report directly to the Director of Finance. In this role, you will take full responsibility for the company’s bookkeeping operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end bank account and credit card reconciliation process.
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle — recording invoices, onboarding new vendors, and processing payments via Mesh.
- Manage accounts receivable — track customer POs, issue invoices, and handle collections.
- Process and review employee expense reports.
- Prepare VAT reports and manage payments to authorities.
- Support additional finance workstreams, including payroll processing, corporate card reconciliation, and inventory-related entries
Requirements
- Certified Bookkeeper – Level 2 or higher
- 3–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Background in the hardware industry – a strong advantage
- Experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite – a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of balance sheet structure, GL accounts, and financial processes
- Proficient in English (writing, reading, and speaking)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Ability to work independently and execute high-volume, repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
