We are looking for a hands-on and resourceful Field Operations Specialist, to join our dynamic team. This role blends technical expertise, operational management, and customer engagement, focusing on implementing and maintaining cutting-edge defense systems in the field. The position requires a proactive and creative problem-solver who thrives in outdoor, on-site environments.

Responsibilities:

• Install and implement advanced sensor systems, cameras, and related equipment at field sites.
• Lead system field testing, working closely with the R&D and product teams
• Build technical infrastructure (electricity, communication, construction, etc.) to support system deployment.
• Conduct light electrical work, including cable connections and power source configuration.
• Calibrate and configure software and hardware systems.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and provide creative solutions to field challenges.
• Represent the company on-site, working closely with clients to gather feedback and ensure successful operations.

• Proven experience in technical operations, fieldwork, or system deployment, with knowledge of electrical systems and communication networks.
• Hands-on experience with the installation and maintenance of defense-related technical systems (experience with drones is an advantage).
• Immediate availability for on-site work
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to harsh field conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders.
• Leadership or command experience is a strong advantage.
