We are looking for an talented, driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and play a meaningful role in our growth.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of domains, including Software, Hardware, Product, GTM, Finance, and Executive roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers, understand business needs, and help build the exceptional teams that will shape Kela’s future.

What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple domains, including Software Engineering, Hardware, Product, GTM, Finance, and Executive roles, etc.
- Experience conducting HR interviews and evaluating candidates across different functions and seniority levels
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and recruiting strategies.
- Proactively identify and engage top talent through creative sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Leverage AI tools and technology to streamline recruiting workflows, generate insights, and improve hiring outcomes across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Use recruiting data and market insights to continuously improve hiring processes and decision-making.
- Contribute to strengthening Kela’s employer brand and positioning the company as an attractive place to work.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions, including engineering, product, GTM, finance, and leadership roles.
- Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and drive hiring processes in a proactive and consultative way.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technology to improve recruiting processes and increase efficiency.
- Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities across different domains.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to improve recruiting outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English.
