We are looking for a bright, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO and senior leadership team.This is a pivotal role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be at the heart of a high-growth company. Reporting directly to the CEO’s Office Manager, you will be a key business enabler, ensuring our leadership operates with maximum efficiency. You will manage complex logistics, streamline daily operations, and serve as a vital link between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the CEO and Management’s calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings, international travel, and shifting priorities.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO and other senior executives as needed.
- Handle diverse and complex operational tasks simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution and meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, maintaining professional communication and organizational flow.
- Maintain order and efficiency within a dynamic, rapidly changing work environment, ensuring the CEO is prepared for all engagements.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar high-level administrative role, preferably within the IDF or a global or tech-oriented environment.
- Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and the professional judgment to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- An uncompromising attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy.
- Highly available and responsive, with the ability to react quickly to changing needs in real-time.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working in a high-growth startup or the defense-tech sector.
- Experience managing international travel and logistics.
- Strong proficiency in modern productivity tools (G-Suite, Slack, CRM systems).
- A "can-do" attitude with the grit to navigate ambiguity and solve problems independently.
