you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the multi-disciplinary systems that power our innovative solutions. Specifically, you will be a key driver on a new electrical tactical munition project. Working closely with the development, operations, and security teams, you will guide this product from its early R&D phases through to mass manufacturing, ensuring it is reliable, compliant, and highly effective.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the system architecture and detailed specifications for our electrical tactical munition through rapid iterations and hands-on prototyping.
  • Lead the "Design for Production" phase, ensuring the munition meets rigorous certification requirements and munitions safety standards.
  • Support and oversee the transition of the product from prototype and certification phases into mass production.
  • Deploy, configure, and integrate complex hardware and software components to ensure optimal system performance in tactical environments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, QA) to understand operational requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation and provide training for team members on system updates, safety procedures, and compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in system engineering or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Deep knowledge and proven experience with munitions safety standards, compliance, and defense regulations.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary hardware systems through rapid prototyping and certification processes
  • Experience scaling a product from prototype to mass production- a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with FPV drone development and operations - a strong advantage.
