We are looking for a hands-on technical Field Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role blends technical expertise, operational management, and customer engagement, with a focus on implementing and maintaining cutting-edge defense systems in the field. The position requires a proactive and creative problem-solver who thrives in outdoor, on-site environments.

As a Field Engineer, you will lead the process of innovating and delivering technical solutions to our customers in the field and lead new integrations and technical customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on work - hardware and software integrations, field testing, lab integrations, calibrations, and remote support.
  • Build knowledge over time on the devices (mainly Drones and UAVs, but not only) and gradually improve their performance in the field with optimizations over time.
  • Build tools to improve processes and customer outcomes.
  • Calibrate and configure software and hardware systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time and provide creative solutions to field challenges.
  • Represent the company on-site, working closely with clients to gather feedback and ensure successful operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leading field deployments, customer demonstrations, and operational field trials.
  • A certified technician from the Army with 3+ years of experience in maintenance and integration of sensors.
  • Experience with Drones \UAVs - An advantage.
  • Practical Engineer (Mechanical \ Electronic) diploma.
  • Experience working with external vendors or customers.
  • Proven experience in technical operations, fieldwork, or system deployment, with knowledge of electrical systems and drones.
  • Hands-on experience with the installation and maintenance of defense-related technical systems (experience with drones is an advantage).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to harsh field conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders.
