We are looking for a hands-on, business-oriented Business Applications Manager to join our IT organization and help scale the enterprise systems that support our business operations worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage Kela's core business applications — ERP, CRM, HR, and operational systems — day to day.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into practical system improvements, configurations, and implementations.
• Lead application projects, system upgrades, and process automation initiatives.
• Support Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and HR in optimizing workflows and system utilization.
• Build reporting and BI capabilities to improve visibility across the business.
• Manage vendors, partners, and support providers.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.

• 5+ years of experience managing business applications or enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of operational processes in Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, or HR.
• Experience leading implementations and business process improvement initiatives.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with NetSuite, Priority ERP, Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI, HiBob, or similar.
• Experience in a global startup, technology, hardware, or defense-related environment.
