We are looking for an experienced HRIS & People Systems Lead to own and optimize our HR technology ecosystem. In this role, you'll drive HR systems, automation, people processes, and data governance while partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and business leaders to build scalable and efficient People Operations.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer the company's HRIS (Bob) and related HR systems.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve HR workflows, automations, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Build scalable HR infrastructure supporting onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, performance management, and organizational changes.
- Ensure data accuracy, system governance, security, permissions, audits, and compliance.
- Build dashboards, reports, and people analytics to support business decisions.
- Lead HR systems implementations, enhancements, integrations, and new feature rollouts.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Research, evaluate, and implement AI solutions that enhance HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, managers, and external vendors to optimize cross-functional processes.
- Document system configurations, HR processes, and best practices.
- Provide system support and training to HR teams and business users.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in HRIS, People Systems, HR Operations, Business Systems, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems), Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience administering HR platforms such as Bob, Comeet (spark hire), or similar.
- Experience building scalable HR processes, workflows, automations, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data, reporting, and people analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL, APIs, BI tools, or automation platforms is an advantage.
- Experience implementing AI tools, or a strong passion for leveraging AI to improve HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
