Description

Kela is a secure, open platform enabling rapid and seamless integration of commercial and military systems in service of Western defense. Designed and battle-tested by Israeli innovators, Kela ensures the West meets today's frontline challenges and evolves with tomorrow's innovations.

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to own execution for one of Kela's complex, multidisciplinary programs. In this role, you will own program execution end-to-end, from contract award through design, integration, qualification, production, and fielding, acting as the central point of ownership across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Translate program objectives into an executable plan connecting development, procurement, manufacturing, test, and customer milestones.
  • Identify critical-path, dependencies, resource constraints, and execution risks. Drive mitigation plans and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Own alignment across engineering, leadership, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Own program reviews, contractual deliverables, and customer submissions.
  • Track requirements, interfaces, and configuration baselines with engineering, and drive verification and acceptance activities through closure.
  • Partner with manufacturing and supply chain on production readiness, supplier execution, material availability, build planning, and delivery commitments.
  • Support proposals, SOWs, and future-phase planning.
  • Build structure, operating rhythms, and accountability across teams to streamline execution.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience in technical program management.
  • Experience with the production, deployment, or integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems.
  • Experience with government customers, contracts, and formal deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive work to completion with limited direction.
  • Sufficient depth to engage effectively in technical discussions across the program lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, both in Hebrew and in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomous, or other highly integrated technical systems.
  • Experience driving a hardware product from prototype through qualification and into production.
  • Experience with project management software and modern PM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and simplify complex problems.
