About the role

We’re looking for a Partnerships Lead to own and expand our strategic partner ecosystem. This is a dynamic role that spans across cloud marketplaces, consulting partners, and key technology providers. This role will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to build programs that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Partnerships (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Own end-to-end management of our presence in cloud marketplaces (listings, partner enablement, co-sell).

  • Establish and grow co-sell relationships with AWS, Azure, and GCP, working with partner managers to build joint opportunities and close business.

  • Drive marketplace performance, including deal registration, revenue attribution, and GTM alignment.

Consulting & Services Partnerships

  • Build and manage a bench of implementation partners to ensure customers’ success and scale delivery of LangChain products.

  • Develop a training, certification, and evaluation program that enables partners to act as an extension of our deployed engineering team.

  • Design and launch a referral program that incentivizes and rewards partners for sourcing opportunities.

Technology Partnerships

  • Identify 1–2 strategic technology partners that complement our offerings and deepen customer value.

  • Build strong joint value propositions with those partners, including GTM plays, webinars, and sales enablement.

How to be successful in this role

  • 5+ years in strategic partnerships in a B2B / dev-tools company. 8+ years of work experience in a business development, or related, function

  • Proven ability to create partner programs from scratch, including contracts, enablement, and performance management.

  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and ownership in a startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity stake for role and stage of company. Commensurate with experience.

  • Annual salary range: $180,000-$240,000 USD
