About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced finance leader to join us as Vice President, Corporate Controller, a role that’s central to how we run and grow our business. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll lead our accounting and financial reporting functions, build strong internal processes, controls, and help shape the financial strategy that supports our next stage of growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a talented team, improve the way we work, and ensure everything we do is accurate, compliant, and forward-thinking. You’ll bring structure and clarity to complex problems, modernize our tools and systems, and make sure our financial foundation is solid as we scale.

We’re looking for someone who’s both a strategic thinker and a practical doer, who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, and knows how to balance the big picture with getting the details right. This role is built for someone who is passionate about building great teams, creating smarter processes, and using financial insights to drive business success.

Key Accountability:

  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting in compliance with GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory standards.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing accounting team with a focus on growth, collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • Drive automation and scalable processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and business agility.
  • Design and maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure consistent application of financial policies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all financial reporting processes, delivering timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure operational integrity and compliance.
  • Maintain a simple, transparent, and effective control environment that supports growth while managing risk.
  • Manage, coach, and grow a talented accounting team; foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with SEC reporting and other public company regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee external audits and quarterly reviews, serving as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
  • Champion the evaluation and implementation of modern financial systems and tools to support automation and scale.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to provide meaningful financial insights that guide decision-making and support company-wide strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Actively licensed CPA
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting; experience leading the preparation of public company financial statements and disclosures
  • Progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership roles in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Proven ability to design and enforce robust internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Skilled in leading external audits, managing relationships with external auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into strategic insight and recommendations
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead through change with a calm, pragmatic approach
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to operational excellence

Joining us means:

  • Having teammates all over the world in the US, Argentina, Spain and Romania.
  • Collaborating in a fast-paced environment where you can apply what you have learned in new challenges, and, more importantly, grow your career.
  • Being encouraged to invent and innovate within your role and working in a company where calculated risk-taking is highly encouraged and thinking outside the box is a must.

We embrace diversity and strive to create an inclusive environment for all.
