We are engineers with deep experience across the product development cycle, from initial ideas to shipping hardware, across industries and specializations, who became frustrated by the cost and complexity of modern manufacturing. So we decided to upgrade it.

We started with industrial CT scanning, which for us was the most valuable but underutilized tool in the manufacturing toolbox, enabling us to rapidly inspect essential components non-destructively.
We rebuilt the whole system, from X-ray capture, to computer vision analysis, to web-based collaboration, to the entire business model, making the most advanced manufacturing tech more accessible to every industry. Lumafield is headquartered in Cambridge, MA, and has an office in San Francisco, CA.
About the role:
We are looking for a Digital Campaign Specialist to join our growing Growth Marketing team. In this role, you’d be responsible for scaling and expanding our successful digital ads programs across multiple paid media platforms including search, social, and third-party media.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling ad content that aligns with Lumafield’s tone and positioning.
  • Track campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics, and providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Manage relationships with external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement adjustments as needed.
  • Stay updated with the marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or paid advertising.
  • Nice to have: Ad agency experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills
