About the Role:
As a Senior Marketing Strategy Manager, AMER, you will analyze pipeline health, develop actionable insights, and leverage centralized campaigns and programs to create and progress pipeline within the region. You will be the trusted advisor to sales leadership and will have an in-depth understanding of the nuances of the assigned region. You will also collaborate and communicate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure you are actively sharing feedback from the field to influence upcoming programs and campaigns.

What you will do:
- Develop actionable pipeline insights by analyzing intent data and territory insights provided by sales leadership.
- Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams. Surface key programs and insights to sales teams and collaborate with centralized marketing teams by sharing field feedback to inform upcoming initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership by ensuring adequate pipeline coverage, providing regular data driven marketing updates and surfacing sub regional needs to the broader marketing organization.
- Analyze marketing performance dashboards to review week-over-week performance to inform marketing strategy and drive desired behavior with the field sales team. Alleviate regional pipeline gaps by creating an integrated bridge plan.

Who you are:
- Minumum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of experience in B2B marketing or field and pipeline marketing.
- Experience analyzing and planning multiple marketing programs with cross-functional stakeholders, specifically working with field sales teams.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud technology.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce.com or similar) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Experience setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics, with problem-solving and strategic capabilities.
- Ability to use insights and data to inform strategies, improve results, and drive innovative thinking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills with an ability to tailor communications to a range of audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,500 to $193,500 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
