About the Role:
The Accounts Payable Specialist will help maintain financial records and ensure timely general ledger postings of all revenue and expense items in Netsuite. This role must be familiar with all accounting procedures and able to manage daily financial transactions end-to-end. The ideal candidates ensures accuracy and efficiency throughout our entire disbursement process including processing invoices, and reconciling accounts. Assists in analyzing current costs, revenues, and expenses as directed. Prepare financial reports for various teams throughout the company and support cash flow management.
What you will do:
- Support the preparation of periodic financial statements.
- Support general ledger account reconciliations on an as needed basis
- Reconcile all bank accounts
- Manage the vendor (including contractors) process
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure disbursements are timely and accurate.
- Manage contractor and vendor onboarding
- Communicate and resolve billing and payment issues
- Communicate and resolve customer and vendor inquiries using Salesforce to research
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports
- Support the customer billing processes
Who you are:
- Bachelors in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years experience in the Finance or Accounting fields in a public company
- Proven work experience in an accounting function
- Hands-on experience with accounting software Netsuite and Salesforce CRM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities to prioritize and coordinate tasks
- Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports.
- Multitasking ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks throughout the day
- Ability to accurately process numerical data with great attention to detail
- Confidentiality and trustworthiness

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $81,200 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
