About the Role:
Our Product Marketing team plays a key role in Matterport’s next wave of growth, expanding our presence beyond real estate marketing, into building and asset management. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for our Facility Management Solution, you’ll be one of the founding members of a new team of PMMs at Matterport. The team is responsible for effectively positioning Matterport as the solution to our customer’s needs across our SMB & Enterprise audiences. At Matterport, we help clients in Operations roles work more efficiently as a team, train staff remotely, collaborate on capital projects and asset management decisions, increase sustainability, and complete projects faster – by accessing a 3D replica of any building, from any device via Matterport’s technology, and exporting the CAD files, BIM models, point clouds, and floor plans they need.
Specifically, you will act as the expert on the needs of Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management roles across SMB and Enterprise who need Matterport technology to accelerate decisions, training, and management related to portfolios of property. You will play a critical role in defining our solution-centric approach to the Matterport software, services and hardware. You will define market research needs, and develop and execute integrated messaging and positioning. You will work in close alignment with sales enablement, demand generation, sales, market research, and customer success teams to deepen our understanding of our core audience, drive demand, and increase win rate. You’ll create internal and external-facing content that is customer-centric, and conceive innovative marketing programs to generate market awareness, drive demand and enable sales success around the world.

What you will do:

  • Bring your Facilities or Corporate Real Estate management experience to the team to act as a Subject Matter Expert on content and thought leadership.
  • Be the voice of the customer within the Marketing team for Matterport’s customers and prospects in leveraging our digital twin solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Market Insights, Integrated Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Design to define and execute go to market plans
  • Validate personas, messaging, and positioning that conveys the value of our platform – focused on Operations professionals, as well as versions to increase impact in key verticals
  • Create compelling content and presentations (e.g. customer case studies, product videos, webinar decks, demand gen content, website copy, etc.) to fuel campaigns and activities across the customer lifecycle
  • Enable sales to tell our product story in a way that resonates with prospects, including the development of associated selling tools and customer-facing collateral
  • Understand and share market trends, pain points, buyer insights, and user needs to guide marketing and influence the roadmap
  • Create and launch campaigns to drive customer acquisition, Matterport awareness, and customer retention

  • Excited about helping build a team from the ground up & lead by example
  • 2+ years of experience in Facility Management services or software marketing, or comparable experience enabling you to crisply identify pain points and Matterport’s product market fit.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, integrated marketing, or campaign strategy/management

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,800 to $195,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
