About the Role:
The Sr. Affiliate Marketing & Communications Coordinator at TourFactory is responsible for two areas of marketing. The first is with our nationwide network of TourFactory Authorized Providers (TAPs). The second is our own TourFactory awareness, and engagement.

What you will do:

  • Providers-
  • The Sr. Affiliate Marketing & Communications Coordinator serves as a marketing resource for our network of TourFactory Authorized Providers (TAPs). They help our network create, manage, and improve their own digital marketing campaigns to increase their own presence and revenue. The Sr. Affiliate Marketing & Communications Coordinator does this by creating a variety of media resources and then makes those resources available to the TAPs who wish to use them:
  • Serve as a marketing resource for TAPs, assisting them in creating, managing, and improving their digital marketing campaigns to boost their presence and revenue.
  • Develop resources such as email templates, landing pages, and marking graphics and make them available to TAPs.
  • Collaborate with TAPs to develop and maintain effective email, social media, and marketing strategies in their local markets.
  • Track and analyze the success of TAP campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data feedback, and correlating marketing efforts with sales performance.
  • Work with and manage JIT resources for the development and maintenance of TAP/market-specific marketing pages.
  • Maintain and update assets in the Marketing Center, coordinating the creation of necessary marketing materials.
  • Provide a social media calendar for TAPs.
  • Manage regular communications with the provider network, sharing relevant information and updates.

TourFactory

  • The Sr. Affiliate Marketing & Communications Coordinator also promotes the overall public TourFactory awareness, manages the corporate social media presence, and helps drive engagement with prospective TAPs and photographers. They create, manage, and improve our marketing campaigns to enhance our visibility, drive more visitors to our website, and work with leadership to improve the engagement of visitors. The Sr. Affiliate Marketing & Communications Coordinator is the person who implements, tracks, and tweaks our on-going digital outreach:
  • Promote TourFactory to prospective photographers companies, managing the corporate social media presence, and driving engagement with prospective TAPs and photographers.
  • Create, manage, and improve marketing campaigns to enhance visibility, increase website traffic, and improve visitor engagement.
  • Implement, track, and adjust ongoing digital outreach initiatives.
  • Seek opportunities to increase visibility and awareness.
  • Apply best practices in brand awareness and social media activities.
  • Manage TourFactory’s social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Execute Google AdWords campaigns for recruitment and TourFactory awareness.
  • Develop and create email and social media campaigns for awareness and recruitment.
  • Collaborate with JIT resources for the development and maintenance of TourFactory marketing pages.
  • Represent TourFactory publicly and professionally communicate with customers.
  • Maintain and report on customer engagement statistics and feedback across all platforms.
  • Creation of creative assets for integration into email, social media, landing pages, etc.

Who you are:

  • Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience running and maintaining brand social media channels.
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to manage processes efficiently.
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Expertise in design, landing page, and email template and campaign creation and management.

Education, Experience, and Requirements

  • Four years experience experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Demonstrable success with SEO/SEM and social media advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Proficiency and experience with email marketing platforms (EMMA, MailChimp, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools through Meta Business Suite and Google AdWords
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $43,200 to $59,400 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
