Position Overview:
As the Growth Marketing Manager at Maven AGI, you will lead initiatives to drive top-of-funnel metrics, attracting a diverse range of clients from budding startups to large enterprises. You will oversee and innovate within our established channels, exploring new acquisition techniques to maximize ROI and ensure the efficient allocation of resources for finance teams.
As the founder member of Growth org, you will be focused on achieving profitable top-line growth through various strategies, including paid advertising, outbound email campaigns, landing page optimization, SEO efforts, and lifecycle marketing campaigns. We are looking for new, groundbreaking experiments that can drive massive ROI.
Your mission: to dive into the unknown, exploring new channels, acquisition techniques, product launches, and innovative ideas, all aimed at helping finance teams save time and money.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the strategy and execution of net new lead generation across the entire funnel, from awareness to demand generation.
- Ideate, develop, and launch new top-of-funnel campaigns or viral loops to attract new customers to Maven AGI.
- Own the feedback loop for testing new campaigns, analyzing results, and sharing insights with the GTM teams.
- Drive large-scale experiments, maintaining accountability for rapid and frequent iteration, aiming to ship 75+ experiments every two weeks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall company objectives.
