OpenSpace is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to lead the administration and continuous optimization of our Revenue Operations tech stack, with a primary focus on Salesforce. This role is pivotal to supporting our global go-to-market (GTM) teams by ensuring Salesforce remains a clean, reliable, and scalable system of record. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly collaborative, and driven to deliver operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Data Science functions. This is a hands-on, remote position that requires a strong background in Salesforce system administration, a keen eye for process improvement, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
What you will be doing:
- Administer, configure, and enhance Salesforce and related GTM tools (e.g., CPQ, Clari, integrations).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all key objects and support Salesforce as the single source of truth.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline health, forecasting, and territory performance.
- Design and manage automation, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and processes to improve data quality and rep productivity.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Deal Desk to support quoting, pricing updates, and opportunity lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with RevOps leadership and stakeholders to scope and implement scalable system improvements.
- Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, process flows, and architecture for continuity and audit readiness.
- Support territory management, user access, role hierarchies, and compensation system updates.
- Balance day-to-day Salesforce administration with strategic contributions to broader Sales Operations initiatives.
- Support ongoing improvements to territory planning, compensation modeling, and forecasting workflows.
What we are looking for:
- 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a Sales, Sales Ops or Revenue Ops.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Clari, Pardot, and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato) is a plus.
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration best practices, system design, and data governance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to quickly troubleshoot and resolve system or data issues.
- Interest in expanding beyond Salesforce administration into a broader Sales Operations career path.
- Ability to understand and contribute to sales strategy, operational planning, and performance optimization.
- Strong business acumen with the curiosity and initiative to learn about sales metrics, planning, and compensation design.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills; capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
