ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Leader to join our Supply Chain team. The Site Leader will play a critical role in optimizing our fulfillment operations to ensure efficient and on time order processing, accurate inventory management, and timely delivery of our orders to customers. You will ensure our fulfillment partners are meeting SLAs and drive process improvements. You’ll join a high-performing Supply Chain team and report to the Fulfillment Lead.
OpenStore currently manages a diverse portfolio of nearly 50 (and growing) brands across various categories, and as we continue to acquire more brands, the supply chain challenges grow in complexity. We are seeking an experienced self-starter who embodies our values who moves with electric pace to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in a highly dynamic environment. This role will require wearing many hats with the opportunity to grow and develop your career with OpenStore!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Analyze order fulfillment processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) related to order fulfillment, including order cycle time, fill rate, on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service, to address fulfillment issues and errors and lead process improvements.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track and report on fulfillment performance metrics.
Conduct root cause analysis of fulfillment errors or delays and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Work closely with our technology and engineering teams to enhance and automate fulfillment systems and processes.
Assist in the implementation of new fulfillment initiatives, such as order management system (OMS) upgrades or process redesigns.
Support inventory management activities, including cycle counting, stock adjustments, and inventory receipt reconciliation.
WHO YOU ARE:
You are analytically rigorous. You have a deep bias towards using data and analyses to drive decisions. Your second language is performance KPIs and you know your numbers and the inputs needed to continue improving those KPI metrics.
You are collaborative, organized, and thoughtful. You actively solicit teammate’s feedback and can get things done through informal influence. You demonstrate judicious decision-making and embrace intellectual friction as a feature of improvement, not a relationship bug.
You can work through ambiguity. Your experience will enable you to focus on the elements that matter most and drive clear insights that inform the team’s priorities.
You thrive in fast-paced environments. At this stage we’re still learning. You will iterate with engineers, analysts and product managers to focus on high impact work.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in a similar role (site leader), preferably in e-commerce and DTC.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Experience working with fulfillment systems and tools, such as warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Proactive problem solver with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
Knowledge of fulfillment best practices and industry standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools such as Mode, SQL/Snowflake, or equivalent applications.
