ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Warehouse Supervisor is a key leadership position in our Fulfillment Center, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. You’ll manage and develop a team of associates while driving productivity and continuous improvement. Success in this role is defined by achieving operational goals, fostering a positive team culture, and maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to meet daily operational targets.

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor all warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices for safety, quality and productivity while meeting or exceeding service level agreements.

  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain smooth workflows and minimize disruptions.

  • Promote and enforce a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with safety programs and company policies.

  • Monitor individual and team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

  • Oversee inventory management processes to maintain accurate records and proper stock levels.

  • Work closely with company leadership to align on daily and weekly operational goals.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

  • Spend your time on the warehouse floor, leading by example and addressing real-time challenges.

WHO YOU ARE:

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is required.

  • Proven ability to supervise, coach, and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.

  • Familiarity with warehouse processes, inventory management systems, and safety protocols.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address operational challenges effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and cross-functional partners.

  • Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.

  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability to ensure operational success.

  • Willingness to adjust to changing priorities and work extended hours or shifts as needed.

  • Strong focus on accuracy and quality to maintain high standards in operations.
