Pager Health is hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to join our expanding team! We are looking for a strong strategic thought partner and an internal leader, who excels at tactical execution and delivery of business outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy and plan in collaboration with the VP of Marketing and leaders of Sales and Client Success teams
  • Deploy strategic integrated campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) to generate leads and increase funnel volume using a wide variety of component initiatives such as email, PR, advertising, social media, webinars and industry events
  • Increase funnel velocity through custom asset creation that supports prospects taking next action
  • Work with Product Marketing and BD teams to optimize go-to-market messaging and collaterals
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth marketing initiatives, analyze marketing data and metrics to identify trends, track ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops/IT on expanding Marketing-to-Sales tech stack capabilities to optimize data capture and tracking
  • Connect with leading industry consultants, analysts, agencies and thought leaders to engage key business audiences
  • Work with in-house and external writers, in collaboration with customers, to produce white-papers and case studies about the value of the Pager Health solution
  • Ensure strong company presence at leading healthcare industry events, conferences, trade shows etc. to gain exposure and generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and lead a high-performing growth marketing team, managing and mentoring individual marketing professionals, including setting clear goals and expectations, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture
  • Accountable for growth marketing tactics and budget disposition

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Marketing (or related field)
  • 8+ years of growth marketing experience in roles of progressively increasing responsibility for both strategy and execution, preferably in health-tech organizations
  • Deep familiarity with how the US healthcare system operates and motivations of risk-bearing entities like payers, self-insured employers, ACOs/pay-viders
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team
  • Experienced in building marketing playbooks and Go-to-Market strategies from scratch
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to craft and execute impactful marketing campaigns, driving initiatives over the finish line
  • Ferocious attention to detail

For Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the pay range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000. The compensation package may include stock options, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC.
