We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy Corporate IT Engineer to join our team and ensure our corporate IT systems are robust, secure, and efficient. This is a hybrid position from our Franklin, TN office - you will need to work from the office 1-3 days per week.
As the Corporate IT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our corporate IT systems and supporting our workforce. This role involves managing multiple SaaS applications, user endpoints, and implementing security measures. You will also provide technical support to our corporate users, identifying and resolving the root cause of issues, and work on various IT projects to improve and upgrade the company's technology environment.
Technical Support
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, user, and system issues.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving complex IT problems reported by users.
- Support end-users with IT-related inquiries and provide training as needed.
- User and System provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Interact with vendors for warranty repairs and replacements.
System Maintenance and Upgrades
- Plan, participate, and execute IT projects, including system upgrades and new implementations.
- Ensure all systems are up to date with the latest technologies and best practices.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with other IT team members and departments to understand and address their IT needs.
- Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders regarding IT projects and issues.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall IT capabilities.
Monitoring and Performance Optimization
- Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to optimize efficiency and reliability.
- Analyze system logs and identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Implement automation tools to streamline IT processes and reduce manual intervention.
Security Management
- Implement and manage security measures to protect IT systems and data.
- Enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of overall experience in IT, IT Support, Engineering or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of SaaS tool administration
- Microsoft 365
- Intune/JAMF (Mobile Device Management)
- Google Administrator
- Cloud-based applications (BetterCloud, Notion, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Proficient in Windows and Mac client operating systems and hardware.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 web and desktop client apps.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud computing platforms.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash, Swift).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., JAMF 100 or higher, MS-102 or higher, CompTia A+ or similar) are a plus.
- Experience in implementing and managing SaaS platforms for end user and workstations
- Hybrid position from Franklin, TN (required to be in office 1-3 days per week)
- May require on-call support and after-hours work for critical issues or system maintenance.
