Pager Health is looking for a talented and forward-thinking Account Executive to lead our client relationships in Colombia and Mexico with strategic payer/employer partners (or a subset of a payer/employer accounts). The Account Executive will facilitate the engagement of all required (internal and partner) resources to deliver contracted services and manage the day-to-day activities to ensure that company products and services are functioning as expected. They will also be responsible for providing information and training on new features, services and products to customers and for providing status and metrics to clients, while managing contracted SLAs.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders in Mexico and Colombia. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work directly with internal groups and strategic partners to deploy products and solutions to customers.
  • Manage day-to-day activities to ensure that company products and services are functioning as expected. Surface issues and questions to appropriate internal parties and provide resolutions to clients.
  • Work with internal parties to resolve customer questions and requests.
  • Provide information and training on new features, services and products to customers.
  • Provide status and metrics to clients and manage SLAs on contracts.
  • Participate in and manage initiatives across the company and within Client Services.

Experience Requirements:

  • This person must be based in Colombia
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of related work experience. Experience Details: experience in support or management of strategic accounts.
  • Bilingual and fluency in both English and Spanish communication (verbal and written) is required. Additional proficiency in Portuguese a big plus.
  • Experience with strategic accounts or payer account management preferred.
  • Experienced in delivering data-based reports and analysis to key clients and executives.
  • Proficient in data analysis, development of presentations and project execution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles, and accountability.
