Pager Health is hiring a Director of Product Management, Consumer Experience. As a part of our product leadership team, you will report directly to the VP of Product Management. In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our consumer-facing digital solutions. You will lead a dynamic team of product managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of digital healthcare solutions at Pager Health.
A core responsibility of this role will be bringing innovative well-being and care solutions to market – which includes the product life cycle from strategy, ideation through build, delivery, launch and ongoing value validation. Working with internal and external stakeholders, we will ensure Pager Health is perceived as innovative, effective, and the partner of choice when it comes to engaging consumers and helping them along their healthcare journeys.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Management

Define and execute a strategic product roadmap in alignment with the company's vision and target markets for our consumer facing products

Identify market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and create valuable solutions to lead the market

Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing enhancements

Serve as the CEO of your team's product domains and supporting features or services

Lead the creation and maintenance of product requirement documents

Define solution value – including qualitative and quantitative measures that defend the value of our products to the organization and market

Lead or support strategic planning with engineering team and product leadership

Contribute to problem and solution discovery efforts by conducting internal stakeholder and customer interviews and research and developing and running experiments to validate product concepts

Work closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are ultimately delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner

Support Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing teams in the development of feature descriptions and new release content

Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimize product performance, and drive product improvements.

Identify and mitigate potential risks, such as security and regulatory compliance, in product development

Product Leadership

Team management: remove roadblocks, conduct performance reviews, mentor best-practices and coach team members for career advancement

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team

Set long-term direction of product domains and associated products in partnership with product leadership and the strategy team

Partner with product leadership to ensure the product strategy is being executed well at the team level and product managers are working at the “top of their license”

Represent the product organization in client meetings, demonstrating deep understanding of their domain’s products and solutions

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital health product management
- 5+ years of management experience, including a successful track record of both growing teams and coaching current team members
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience, masters preferred
- Collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring product managers
- Experience in Saas solutions and scalable product delivery
- Experience in AI / Generative AI and Large Language Modeling (LLM) preferred
- Must have experience in working in an agile environment and working cross-functionally with technical staff
- Start-up experience is highly preferred

For Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the pay range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000. The compensation package may include stock options, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC.
