The Director of Talent Attraction and Compensation will play a pivotal role in enhancing our compensation strategy and executing a robust recruiting strategy. This role involves partnering with leadership to support strategic hiring, developing effective sourcing and recruitment strategies, and managing a high-performing recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Hiring Support: Partner with the Leadership team to support strategic hiring efforts to scale their teams.

Sourcing and Recruitment: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Team Management: Oversee the growth, management, and mentorship of the recruiting team.

External Partnerships: Manage external partnerships with agencies, networks, associations, and organizations.

Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Director of Communications & Marketing team to build upon our employee brand.

Compensation Benchmarking and Analysis: Lead the benchmarking of current and prospective roles against survey data and market intelligence to review competitive compensation ranges.

Compensation Modeling: Work with the Finance team to design compensation approaches and set budgets for compensation reviews, including salaries and bonuses.

Salary Planning: Oversee the execution of annual and mid-year salary planning reviews.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of total recruitment experience, with at least 5+ years in leading, mentoring, and building effective recruitment teams.

Compensation program management (benchmarking, performance review, etc.)

Recruiting expertise in sales hiring strongly preferred

Recruitment Skills: Proven experience recruiting for a variety of non-technical and technical roles.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.

Analytical Skills: Proficient in conducting compensation analysis and using market intelligence to inform decisions.

Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

For Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the pay range for this position is $160,000 to $190,000. The compensation package may include stock options, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC.
