Team:

The Total Rewards team is responsible for building compensation and benefit programs that help Relativity attract and retain top talent. The team ensures our programs remain competitive, in compliance and meet the needs of the business.

What you’ll do:

Administer Total Reward programs, policies, and procedures in a fast-paced environment. Will conduct surveys and study labor markets to determine compensation trends. This position will assist in analyzing jobs, job descriptions and specifications to establish compensation rates. The role will also require support in all cyclical programs such as open enrollment, compensation cycles, salary surveys, salary structure building and other ad-hoc needs. In addition, this individual will support the team with research, data analytics and modeling related to both compensation, benefits and other analysis as needed. Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent communication and alignment of Total Rewards programs. Lastly, provide excellent customer service to employees and management by answering questions and resolving issues related to compensation and benefits.

What you need to know:

  • Extensive knowledge of compensation programs and benchmarking practices
  • Experience with employee benefits and administration processes
  • Excel including macros and advance formulas
  • Experience in analyzing data and building reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • 1-3 years of compensation and benefit programs
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible in a fast-paced environment

Nice to haves but not required:

  • Experience with Workday preferred but not required
  • BS/BA degree in HR or related field
