About the Team:

The People Operations and Benefit teams is the backbone of our workforce, ensuring efficient and smooth employee experiences. As the leader of these teams, you’ll partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders and refine our People data and processes for efficiency and ease of use. Additionally, you will build best in class benefit programs that support the lifecycle of our Team members. These teams are critical to enable our continued growth, providing the necessary People infrastructure as we scale Relativity!

About the Role:

  • Lead, mentor and develop four team members aligned to HR Operations and Benefits while ensuring engagement and providing guidance on day-to-day responsibilities
  • Own HR Operations & Benefits service delivery while driving operational excellence through effective collaboration, robust data analysis and optimal process design, with an eye towards continuous improvement and automation
  • Build strong cross functional relationships with partners across the People team as well as Employee Relations, Legal, EHS and other key collaborators while managing a team of 4
  • Responsible for the administration of all employee benefits programs including enrollments, billing, communications, reporting/regulations, plan audits, and employee support.
  • Oversea end to end processes and enhancements related to leave of absence and workers comp for all team members.
  • Manage and enhance HR Operation programs inclusive of onboarding, offboarding, data processing and reporting

About You:

  • 8 or more years managing Benefits & HR Operations including managing team members
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to analyze situations and provide practical recommendation
  • HRMS systems knowledge (preferably Workday) and strong excel skills
  • Strong knowledge in regulations and compliance related to benefits, LOA’s, Workers Comp. and reasonable accommodations
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with senior business leaders
  • Experience in transitioning from fully insured to self-funded benefit plans

Nice to haves but not required:

  • Strong background in analytics.
  • Familiar with Workday and utilizing the system for daily needs
