About the Team:
The Finance & Strategy team works cross-functionally and supports growth, innovation, strategic initiatives, and capital investments. It's a highly impactful and dynamic team that focuses on business strategy, financial plans including budgets and our long-term strategic plan, KPI development and management, materials for our Board of Directors, fundraising and corporate development activities.
About the Role:
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering to drive robust financial planning and operational alignment
- Lead financial reviews with senior leadership, highlighting key cost variances, performance drivers, and emerging trends
- Collaborate with Program Finance and Operations to ensure financial accuracy and alignment across factory activities
- Advance process improvements related to factory finance operations, cost management, and spend analytics
- Design and scale reporting tools and dashboards that enhance visibility into inventory health and material cost performance
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or another related discipline and 2+ years of FP&A, Accounting, Business Intelligence, or other related business experience is required
- Proficient in Excel
- Financial reporting skills required
- General experience with enterprise applications (ERP, EPM, etc.)
- General understanding of relational databases and basic SQL for querying and analyzing data
Nice to haves but not required:
- Experience in corporate startup FP&A
- Familiarity with additional manufacturing-based enterprise applications (e.g., MES, MRP, etc.)
- Familiarity with dashboarding/reporting tools (Tableau preferred)
