grade additive manufacturing services including value-add services for low
volume production. Our parts are used in a myriad of products like drones, robots
and other high tech applications.

We are seeking a talented and motivated BDR to join our team in Eindhoven and
help drive the growth of Shapeways.

Why is the BDR position so important to us ?

As a BDR, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by finding,
landing and developing new accounts who can benefit from our manufacturing
services as part of their production needs.

What you’ll do:

Consistently develop and nurture a pipeline of new business
Implement action plans to land & expand existing accounts
Identify new business opportunities by profiling prospective companies
Achieve outbound calls, connects, pipeline, and close rate expectations
Work closely together with our Project Managers, Application Engineers
and Operations team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Be attuned to the industry landscape and market trends

What it takes:

You live for the hunt for finding new customers and drive home their first
order
You love cultivating early relationships with these customers to bring
them to the next level
3-5 years of experience in a customer facing role in a b2b environment
Ability to understand and communicate the technical aspects of
Shapeways’s manufacturing services
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Able to work in a fast paced, goal orientated environment
Resilient & strong objection handling skills
Independent, dependable, resourceful and self-motivated
Fluent English plus any other European language preferred
Posses a positive, can-do, team-player mentality
