The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accounts Assistant to assist the Finance Manager in the maintenance of our financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. This is an onsite position in Eindhoven.

What you'll do :

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and summaries
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Assist with monthly and year-end financial closing

Work Schedule

• Part-time: typically 18–20 hours per week - preference 4 hours a day.
• An element of flexibility depending on business needs.

• Proven experience in transaction processing
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, and Exact)
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Good written and spoken English a must
